In his travels as "Crazy Ed" over the last 20 years at National Conventions Ed has acquired some excellent--some REALLY KILLER COPIES OF KEY AND SEMI-KEY SILVER & BRONZE (even GOLDEN) AGE ISSUES!
HERE IS BATMAN
Issue #210 from March 1969
- Neal Adams
gave Batman a new life and feel in the early bronze age; He began art
on Batman on issue #200 doing the cover--this (may have been) just the
2nd Cover by Adams in the BATMAN series. He began more regular duty at
issue 219 and did most of the covers until issue 246 some 3 years later!
- This issue features a Catwoman story and cover and the art was contributed by Neal Adams--who created a "new look" Outfit for Catwoman!
- This issue is a High-grade; CGC NM- 9.2 with White Pages
- This issue features a BONDAGE COVER (not to mention a whip...ooooh boy!)
The copy
comes with a low grade reader copy of BATMAN 210 for you to
read and enjoy the storyline along with the CGC version! This respect
for the collector mentality, to want to read and enjoy their comics and
so Ed puts a reader copy or reprint copy in each and every CGC book he
sells! For this reason many collectors at National comic conventions buy
their CGC books from CRAZY ED!
Overall a solid pretty, well preserved Silver age classic-- To assist you in evaluating the book, we provide scans:
- of both front and back cover(s)
- scan of the low grade reader copy
PRICING NOTES:
- The 2009 Overstreet guide value in 9.2 Near Mint minus is $195.00.
