The overall grade is 4.0. The pages are cream to Off White.

This is a solid, CLEAN specimen: There are no major tears, tape or other major defects.

A few obvious flaws:

There is some wear in the Top & Bottom Left Corner(s). There is spine wear that disturbs the color along the spine. There is a light crease in the Bottom RC. There is a pencilled note "5.00" on the back cover

For someone seeking a solid clean copy of an early Fantastic Four, you can't do much better than this copy of # 7!
