  • This CGC copy was Crazy Ed's personal CGC copy of GL 89--it is graded CGC NM 9.4 with WHITE Pages!
  • The Denny O'Neil and Neal Adams run of Green Lantern/Green Arrow began the DC Bronze age with a revolutionary approach to comic story reality-drugs, racism, poverty, overpopulation...etc and this issue #89 is the last of the GL series for almost 5 years (it picked back up again as GL 90 in 1976).
  • It also has a controversial bondage cover with obvious religious themes.
PRICING NOTES:
  1. The 2009 Overstreet guide value in 9.2 Near Mint minus is $100 and issues in CGC 9.4 Near Mint are valued higher than the guide prices.
  2. Copies with WHITE Pages are valued at a premium, as are copies in CGC 9.4 valued at multiples of  a copy in NM- 9.2!
  3. Crazy Ed includes a nice reader copy of the same issue #89 to read and enjoy the storyline along with the CGC version!
  4. The reader copy is pictured and has collector's value in its own right.
